Even when you’re being careful to not spill – accidents happen! Luckily there are simple home remedies to resolve the issue. Try these natural solutions with products from your very own home to get rid of these difficult stains.

1.Baking Soda Paste

Baking soda has been known to remove tough stains and only requires two ingredients! Start by mixing ¼ cup of baking soda and 1/8 cup of water in a cup or bowl. Mix the ingredients together to form a paste.

The next simple step is to use a damp washcloth to blot the stain. Then apply the paste onto the spot with a clean cloth and let it sit for a few hours to overnight – however long it takes for the paste to dry – and then vacuum the paste off.

This remedy has been known to remove some of the toughest stains, including coffee and wine!

2.Vinegar Solution

White vinegar is known for being successful with removing odor and some stains on fabric furniture. The remedy is simple and just requires you to mix white vinegar and water in clean spray bottle. Spray the solution on the stain, but be careful to not use too much, this solution is best when the fabric is slightly damp.

The next step is to use a clean cloth to blot the stain from the outside edges of the stain towards the center. Repeat these steps as necessary. After stain is removed, rinse the solution from the furniture with water and dry the furniture with a hair dryer to prevent a water spot.

3. Carbonated Water Remedy

Carbonated water is a great remedy for odorless and pH neutral stains. This option is great for stains such as wine or blood. This remedy requires you to pour a small amount of carbonated water onto the stain and blot it with a clean towel.
